Checklist:
Find the right flanges for measuring instruments

Mounting a measuring instrument in a pipe is best done by using flanges. But if you choose to do so, those pieces might have to be manufactured very accurately, with extremely small tolerances regarding their size. At the same time, there is a good chance that you will need custom flanges. It goes without saying that the components must always be made of high-quality materials.

The thing is: what do these requirements mean in practical terms? How precise do flanges have to be? What exactly does customization entail? When can material be considered high-quality? Which materials should the flanges consist of for which application? And who can supply these flanges in small quantities? You can read all the answers in our checklist.
